Once the order is confirmed and paid, on the Same day we initiate the order for the dispatch process. However, the handling time for an order would be 1-2   working days. ALL4USTORE is working with multiple courier partners to make sure that our customer receives their item safely and speedily. It may take a maximum of 2-3 days for delivery of the order depending on the customer’s postcode.

We are currently serving the whole of Uttarakhand with more than 200 Pincodes. Any Pincode which falls under the unserviceable category (Remote or Rural Locations) will lead to paying a shipping charge with 5-6 days delivery time.

As ALL4USTORE does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are certain  policies that we follow,

• All the disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.

 

• Courier partners shall entertain claims related to damage only if negative remarks are mentioned on the POD copy. However, if the POD copy is clean, courier partners shall not accept any claim.
